About The Position
We are seeking motivated Server Assistants to support the front-of-house team at Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection. You’ll help ensure smooth service by assisting servers, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready dining environment. Opening a hotel is a rare opportunity—one that doesn't come around often. As a member of our opening team, you'll help shape the culture, establish our service standards, and create the experiences that will define Hotel Vin Rogers from the very first guest. Requirements
- Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
