About The Position

The Server Assistant is responsible for assisting the Cocktail Server while providing superior guest service, serving beverages, food and amenities in all areas of Legacy Club.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• A minimum of 1-2 years work experience in a high volume beverage and hospitality setting
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Ability to initiate and maintain an upbeat and relaxed environment on a consistent basis
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne and mixed cocktails
• Ability to work within a team environment and maintain a positive “whatever it takes” attitude
• Must be able to work all shifts and days including opening and closing shifts
• Must possess basic knowledge of the Las Vegas area and attractions
• Must have or be able to obtain all required Nevada work cards (Health, TAM, Non-Gaming)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in bottle service preferred, but not required
• Previous model experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to participate in promotional campaigns & promote upcoming events via social platforms

Responsibilities

• Practicing, supporting and promoting the Company Service Standards at all times
• Daily set up and breakdown of the venue
• Following all designated emergency procedures and understanding duties in the event of an emergency
• Assisting the Cocktail Server with serving beverages and food (when applicable) to guests
• Assisting guests with requests, offering appropriate alternatives and seeking assistance as necessary
• Understanding and being well versed in resort features and services including all outlets, hours of operations, activities and events available to guests
• Attending required training
• Looking for opportunities to assist peers, guests, other departments or leaders
• Maintaining venue cleanliness in accordance with Clark County Health Standards
