Seasonal Server Assistant

We are currently seeking a Server Assistant to join our team and have a positive, service-oriented attitude and a desire to contribute to the team. Supporting servers in satisfying guest needs by taking direction and helping to serve all items.
Requirements
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest service experience
- Must be knowledgeable about local area
- Communicating within F&B and with other departments regularly and effectively
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 15 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally
- Flexible schedule - Willing and able to work shift duties that may include evenings, nights, Overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to communicate in English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
- Maintain a constant knowledge of menu items
- Verify food matches the orders on tickets
- Listen to, and promptly act to resolve guest issues and requests
- Hold effective communication with management and peers
- Support all food & beverage outlets when needed/asked
- Ensure uniform, grooming, and hygiene standards meet the requirements set forth within the associate handbook
