Requirements

Responsibilities

Pre‑bus dining areas by clearing debris and resetting tables for the next guests.
Replenish water glasses and ensure all beverage stations are stocked.
Assist servers with timely delivery of food and beverages to their sections.
Coordinate service efforts with assigned servers to maintain a seamless flow.
Monitor dining room for any maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of service stations, trays, and bussing equipment.
Support the front‑of‑house team during peak periods and special events.
Communicate guest requests and special accommodations to the service team.
Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
