About The Position
We are looking for a Server Assistant / Food Runner to join our team! This role will focus on resetting tables, running food and drink, and occasionally assisting as a barback. Friday and Saturday night availability required. Fish nor Fowl focuses on a rustic menu with modern takes of Italian and Mediterannean inspired dishes.
Requirements
- 1+ years of high-volume, upscale restaurant experience
- Open availability including nights and weekends
- Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- A love of modern food and drink
- Ability to stand, walk, and move during the entire shift including frequent bending and stooping
