Maintains the entire interior and exterior of the restaurant, including bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and glassware. Ensures adequate supply of ice and utensils throughout the shift. Keeps the front and back of the house clean, organized, and stocked to ensure timely guest service. Maintains a clean, neat, and organized restaurant exterior.
