Maintains the entire interior and exterior of the restaurant, including bussing tables and washing dishes. Ensures adequate supply of pots, pans, dishes, glassware, ice, and utensils throughout the shift. Keeps both the front and back of the house clean, organized, and stocked to ensure timely guest service. Maintains a clean, neat, and organized restaurant exterior.
