About The Position

The Dunes Golf & Beach Club is seeking Server Assistants to join their hospitality team at the Beach Club. As a Server Assistant, you will work closely with waitstaff and bartenders to ensure members and guests have a flawless dining experience. This role is crucial for creating a seamless service flow, setting up for success, and delivering top-tier hospitality in an oceanfront setting. You will support the waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service, including greeting guests, assisting with setting and clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining clean and organized dining areas. Your contributions are key to creating a seamless dining experience and upholding the club's high service standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining the flow of orders and ensuring guests have everything they need for an exceptional experience.

Requirements

Ability to work closely with servers and kitchen staff to keep things running smoothly
Attention to detail in ensuring tables are set up properly, drinks are refilled, and the dining area remains clean and organized
Positive attitude and professionalism; friendly, energetic, and always ready to assist guests and teammates
Ability to multitask, including clearing tables, assisting with orders, and maintaining a clean environment
Must be at least 18 years old
Availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays
