About The Position

Server Assistants at Punch Bowl Social are protectors of culinary integrity. While training will provide all necessary skills for success, certain qualities are beneficial from the start. These include valuing guest experiences, taking pride in work, possessing a positive attitude, comfortable communication with strangers, and understanding the importance of teamwork. Experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar is considered ideal.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that quality product leaves the kitchen – every shift, every plate
• Delivering dishes with enthusiasm and highlighting quality ingredients
• Helping the team create memorable guest experiences by refilling and running drinks and quickly clearing the table when a guest has departed
• General upkeep and maintenance as needed - Constant cleaning
• Helping with general cleaning and maintenance duties around the restaurant as needed
