About The Position
Located in Utica Square, Wild Fork is a restaurant like no other, offering a wide spectrum of dining options including upscale breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes served in an opulent dining room or on our historic outside patio.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for perfection in food presentation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Food handler license from the Tulsa Health Department
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in an Expo or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Run food to tables.
- Quality Control - check each plate for accuracy, portions, garnish, and presentation before it leaves the kitchen.
- Timing Management - ensure that all items for a table are ready at the same time for smooth service.
- Maintain Flow - keep the pass area organized and clean and ensure hot food stays hot and cold food stays cold.
- Clean tables.
- Assist servers with tasks.
