About The Position

The Server Assistant supports the food and beverage team by maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming dining areas while assisting servers with efficient food and beverage service. The role helps ensure guests receive timely, attentive service and enjoy a positive dining experience at Lely Resort Golf & Country Club in Naples, Florida.

Responsibilities

Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly between guests.
Assist servers with delivering food, beverages, and other guest requests.
Refill water glasses and replenish utensils, condiments, and other table necessities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and surrounding spaces.
Stock and replenish supplies needed for daily food and beverage operations.
Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to support timely and accurate service.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning tables, chairs, floors, and service areas.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management.
