About The Position

Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests while managing reservations to ensure an efficient dining flow Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally Coordinate and organize reservations, group seating, and special requests Monitor dining room activity, identify newly seated guests, and notify servers promptly Maintain a fast-paced, high-energy work style while delivering excellent guest service Assist service staff by delivering food and beverages accurately and promptly Expedite food orders by organizing and building tickets on the kitchen line Fill and refill guest water glasses to ensure attentive service Pre-bus tables by removing plates, glassware, and unnecessary items throughout the meal Clean and reset tables quickly after guest departure, ensuring readiness for the next party Monitor guest satisfaction and provide attentive service throughout the dining experience Prepare and reset tables, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup standards Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and dietary restrictions Support team members across departments to enhance overall service quality Complete opening, closing, and side work duties Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of dining and service areas Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance needs Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and service standards Handle to-go orders and assist with guest requests as needed

Requirements

  • Ability to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing to communicate with staff, vendors, and guests a normal in-person and phone conversation
  • Ability to bend and twist, push, and pull, stoop, and kneel
  • Ascend and descend a ladder
