About The Position
Join our fast-paced, high-energy restaurant on beautiful Lake Norman for the 2026 season (March–October). We’re hiring part-time and full-time Server Assistants to support our front-of-house team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist servers with food running and table service
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Refill beverages and support guest needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Work collaboratively in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
