About The Position

Join our fast-paced, waterfront restaurant on Lake Norman for the 2026 season (March–October). We’re hiring part-time and full-time Hosts/Hostesses to be the first point of contact for our guests and help create a welcoming, organized dining experience.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a high-volume environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage waitlists
• Seat guests efficiently while balancing server sections
• Answer phones and provide accurate information about the restaurant
• Assist with reservations and guest inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entry area
• Communicate clearly with servers and management to ensure smooth service flow
