About The Position
Join our fast-paced, waterfront restaurant on Lake Norman for the 2026 season (March–October). We’re hiring part-time and full-time Barbacks to support our bar team and help deliver an outstanding guest experience in a high-energy environment.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Nice To Haves
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Prior restaurant or bar experience is a plus, but not required
- Energetic

- Ready to be part of a busy lakefront team
Responsibilities
- Stock and replenish liquor, beer, wine, and bar supplies
- Keep bar areas clean, organized, and fully set for service
- Assist bartenders with glassware, ice, garnishes, and restocking
- Change kegs and manage trash removal
- Maintain cleanliness of bar equipment and storage areas
- Support smooth, efficient bar operations during high-volume shifts
