About The Position

Hello Sailor is hiring a seasonal Office Assistant to support our management team during peak season. This role helps keep operations running smoothly so managers can stay focused on service and hospitality. Ideal for restaurant managers looking to transition into a more administrative, operations-focused role—while staying in hospitality. Schedule Wed–Sat: 11 AM – 7 PM Sun: 11 AM – 5 PM Must be available through Labor Day

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation
  • 21+ (required for ABC Store runs)
  • Able to be on your feet + lift boxes
  • Basic computer skills (email, Google Drive, spreadsheets)

Nice To Haves

  • Resy experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage reservations + answer phones (Resy experience a plus)
  • Assist with invoices, orders, and billing email
  • Support shift change (cash counts, server checkout, tip entry)
  • Run errands (bank, ABC Store, Costco, Harris Teeter)
  • Help schedule interviews
  • Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.
