About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our team for the summer season. Our restaurant operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, and we’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, works efficiently, and takes pride in delivering consistently great food. Start date as early as March 1! We offer a challenging workplace for individuals interested in furthering their knowledge in the culinary world. Our team has received 5 James Beard Foundation nominations for Best Chef: Southeast and we want to continue to grow and push the boundaries of food and teamwork. Requirements
- Previous line cook experience preferred (high-volume experience a plus)
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Ability to multitask and stay composed during peak service
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume service
- Set up and break down station daily
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
