Resort Dining Room Server Assistant
About The Position
Goldminer's Daughter Lodge is hiring a Winter Seasonal Dining Room Server Assistant for the 2026–27 season, from mid-December through mid-April. You will earn $15.00/hour + tips, average 35–40 hours per week, and join the crew that keeps the dining room ready for every guest, every meal, and every rush. Free ski-in, ski-out access pass! This is more than clearing tables - you will help create the smooth, welcoming experience that brings people back to the lodge. This is an entry-level role, and we mean it: hospitality experience is preferred, but it is not required. We will train the right person with a great attitude, solid work ethic, and the drive to learn. If you are reliable, good with people, and ready to work hard, you can build real hospitality skills here.
Requirements
- A positive, outgoing attitude and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to move quickly, stay organized, and pitch in as part of a team.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- A Utah food handler's permit within 30 days of employment
- U.S. work authorization

- Hospitality experience is preferred, but it is not required.
