Resort Dining Room Server Assistant
About The Position
Keep the Dining Room Moving. Keep the Good Times Coming. Want an entry point into hospitality with Alta as your backdrop? Goldminer's Daughter Lodge is hiring a Winter Seasonal Dining Room Server Assistant for the 2026–27 season, from mid-December through mid-April. You will earn $15.00/hour + tips, average 35–40 hours per week, and join the crew that keeps the dining room ready for every guest, every meal, and every rush. Free ski-in, ski-out access pass! This is more than clearing tables - you will help create the smooth, welcoming experience that brings people back to the lodge.
Requirements
- A positive, outgoing attitude and strong attention to detail
- The ability to move quickly, stay organized, and pitch in as part of a team
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- A Utah food handler's permit within 30 days of employment
- U.S. work authorization
Nice To Haves
- Hospitality experience is preferred, but it is not required.
Responsibilities
- Set and clear tables
- Refill beverages
- Assist servers between courses
