About The Position

Join our team at Boar's Head Resort and be part of a vibrant dining experience set right on our beautiful golf course. We’re looking for a Server Assistant who likes to stay busy, help out the team, and keep things running smoothly. In this role, you’ll support our servers, help keep the restaurant clean and organized, and make sure guests have a great experience. If you’re a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality, we’d love to have you on board.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Assist servers with food and beverage service to guests.
Clear tables promptly after guests have finished their meal.
Prepare tables for the next guests by cleaning and setting them up with fresh linens, dishes, and silverware.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Help in maintaining cleanliness of all restaurant areas.
Assist in restocking service stations with necessary supplies.
Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables swiftly and accurately.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience.
Help customers with their special requests and dietary restrictions.
Assist in the kitchen when necessary by preparing salads, appetizers, and cold dishes.
Resolve customer complaints and relay them to the manager or server if needed.
Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items.
Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.
