About The Position
107 Bistro & Wine Bar (107) offers California cuisine with a one-of-a-kind tapas style menu, blending classic dishes with modern flavors, using locally sourced, fresh ingredients for guests to pair with our stellar selection of award-winning wines. Located on Testarossa Winery's charming historic patio surrounded by lush forest, 107 offers a unique outdoor dining experience Thursday - Sundays and holiday Mondays. We're proud of our achievements, including over 1,900 wine scores with 90+ points, Best Wine Bar since 2018 by Mercury News and recognition from the prestigious "Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs." As a part-time Server Assistant, you’ll support the 107 Bistro & Wine Bar team to provide excellent service to each of our guests. Working at our historic site in Los Gatos, the day-to-day may include: Supporting servers with setting up tables, delivering and describing food items, and bussing Stocking service station areas Preparing and stocking wine glasses, water glasses, and other prepared items for service Assisting with wine bottles purchases and orders Maintaining cleanliness and sanitization of work area and workstations
Requirements
- Hospitality or food service experience preferred
- Proactive, productive and positive team player that follows policies and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance
Responsibilities
