About The Position
Maintains the entire interior and exterior of the restaurant, including bussing tables, washing dishes, and ensuring adequate supplies of ice and utensils throughout the shift. This role is crucial for keeping both the front and back of the house clean, organized, and stocked to ensure timely guest service. The restaurant's exterior must also be kept clean, neat, and organized.
Requirements
- Must be energetic with superior service etiquette skills
- Must be courteous and pleasant
- Must have a good personality
- Must make guests feel welcomed to the establishment
- Superior hospitality and charisma skills
- At least 6 months of hospitality experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Busses tables
- Washes dishes, pots, pans, and glassware
- Ensures ice and utensils are maintained in adequate supply throughout the shift
- Keeps front and back of the house clean, organized, and stocked
- Maintains a clean, neat, and organized restaurant exterior
