About The Position
McArthur's Server Assistant is responsible for setting and clearing dining tables, stocking service stations, and assisting the Server in delivering an exceptional dining experience. This is a Full-Time position, and availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required.
Requirements
- Maricopa Food Handlers Card

- Prior customer service experience
- Prior luxury / upscale dining experience
Responsibilities
- Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
- Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair.
- Stock, maintain and clean designated food stations.
- Assist Server with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.
- Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Follow all policies and procedures of the hotel and department.
- Complete all sidework and assist with other duties as assigned by management.
