This position involves completing closing duties such as storing reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing a daily cleaning checklist. The role also includes setting up, stocking, and maintaining work areas, inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver before use, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures. The position requires adherence to company and safety policies, reporting accidents and unsafe conditions, completing safety training, and maintaining a clean and professional appearance. It also involves welcoming and acknowledging guests according to company standards, speaking clearly and professionally, answering telephones with proper etiquette, developing positive working relationships, supporting team goals, and listening and responding appropriately to employee concerns. Ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards, and reading and visually verifying information in various formats are also key aspects. The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and manipulating objects with fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Employees must be able to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, and up and down stairs or service ramps. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, is also necessary. Other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors may be assigned.
