About The Position

As a Server Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, friendly, and prompt service. This role includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, answering guest questions, processing payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two (2) years of related customer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner when assisting at tables.
• Refill water glasses, replenish beverages, and remove used dishes as needed.
• Deliver food to tables accurately and promptly, ensuring correct presentation.
• Support servers in meeting guest needs throughout each dining experience.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, including chairs, floors, service stations, and restrooms as assigned.
• Assist with the organization and restocking of service areas (cutlery, napkins, glassware, condiments, etc.).
