About The Position
Ted's Montana Grill is seeking Server Assistants (Hosts) to join their team. As a Server Assistant, you will be a vital and valued member of the team, delivering "Big Sky Moments" to ensure a great Guest experience. You will help create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality, ensuring a remarkable only-at-Ted’s experience for our Guests. Ted's Montana Grill is not an ordinary restaurant and is looking for people who embody their "Big Sky Spirit," which serves as their cultural compass. They are described as Premium, Polished, and Professional, but also Cool (3 PC).
Requirements
- Full-service restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Gets along great with people!
