Requirements

1 year experience as a Server Assistant, Busser, or Food Runner, including experience in high-end restaurants, hotel, or club environment.
Knowledge of Food, Spirits, Wine, Beer.
Must possess a positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure as a team.
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks and physically able to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment as well as delicate china and glassware.
Excellent customer service skills.
Punctuality and regular and reliable attendance.
Must be dependable and available to work within the club on weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demands.

Responsibilities

Interact one-on-one with guests dining in the outlets.
Assist servers, provide water service, run and serve food, complete room service orders, clear and reset tables utilizing club service standards, anticipate and monitor guests’ needs, and ensure satisfaction.
Prepare dining rooms and back of house for service, keeping all areas clean and immaculate.
Maintain top-level product knowledge, knowing aspects of the menu and beverage offerings.
Be cross-trained in Flo’s Café.
Provide exceptional service throughout all phases of their experience at the club while commanding menu knowledge and preparation methods of both food and beverages, including specials and 86’d items.
Complete all opening and closing side work responsibilities.
Attend daily line-ups/pre-shift meetings.
Provide Flo’s Café service including taking guest orders, providing coffee service and continental food offerings, providing refreshment smoothies, utilizing club service standards, anticipating and monitoring guests’ needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain all equipment, tools, and supplies while following all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, department, and local health department.
Communicate any equipment problems with management.
Work as a team and effectively communicate with management, fellow servers, and support staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other team members.
Be knowledgeable for all activities and events onsite and in the city.
Maintain confidentiality of all members and Club information.
Follow grooming and uniform standards established for this role.
Ensure that member and associates areas are maintained in a safe and secure environment.
Perform all other duties as directed by immediate supervisors.
