Host/Hostess/Server Assistant
About The Position
Ted's Montana Grill is seeking Server Assistants (Hosts) to join their team. As a Server Assistant, you will be a vital and valued member of the team, delivering "Big Sky Moments" to ensure a great Guest experience. You will help create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality, ensuring a remarkable only-at-Ted’s experience for our Guests. Ted's Montana Grill is not an ordinary restaurant and is looking for people who are not ordinary. The company prides itself on being Premium, Polished, and Professional, while also being Cool (3 PC). They live by "The Big Sky Spirit" which is their cultural compass and is evident in everything they do. Ted's Montana Grill closes their restaurants on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Requirements
- Full-service restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Gets along great with people!
