About The Position

The Server Assistant will consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service. They will assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience, including assisting guests with menu items in an informative and helpful way. The role requires ensuring the proper setup of all side stations in the outlet and having full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items, and preparation methods. Adherence to all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage is crucial. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Requirements

• Must be available to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays
• Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
• Possession of the Serving It Right Certificate
• Canadian work authorization

Nice To Haves

• Previous service experience an asset
• Previous Point of Sale system experience an asset
