About The Position

Assists Servers in serving the guests. This role involves delivering food, cleaning and resetting tables, assisting with side work, and maintaining service stations. The Server Assistant also stocks service areas, manages ice wells, and ensures a clean work environment. The position may require working in various food and beverage areas as directed and adherence to all tribal ordinances, regulations, internal controls, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, move and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and standing for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis.
• Sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Six months of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers food to the guests

• Informs the supervisor when stock is needed.
• Refills ice wells as needed.
• Keeps a clean and orderly work area.
• May be required to work in all food and beverage areas at the direction of the Food & Beverage Supervisor or above.
• Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
