About The Position

Queenie’s Supper Club at the United Center is seeking Server Assistants/Bussers. This role supports servers and helps ensure efficient, high-quality service throughout the restaurant. This is a union role with part-time, event-based scheduling. Open availability—including nights, weekends, and holidays—is required. The United Center is the largest arena in the United States, located near the West Side of Chicago, hosting concerts, major events, and is home to the Chicago Blackhawks (NHL) and Chicago Bulls (NBA).

Requirements

• Open availability for all events
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of service etiquette and guest interaction

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Assist with food running and supporting servers as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
• Help set and break down workstations before and after shifts
• Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team and guests
