Host/Hostess/Server Assistant
About The Position
Ted's Montana Grill is opening a new restaurant location and is looking for Server Assistants (Hosts). Ted's Montana Grill is described as Premium, Polished, and Professional, operating under the cultural compass of "The Big Sky Spirit." Server Assistants are vital and valued members of the team, responsible for delivering "Big Sky Moments" to ensure a great Guest experience and create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. The restaurants are designed to represent classic saloons of the 19th century. Ted's Montana Grill is committed to sustainability, supporting local growers, using paper straws, Boraxo soap, and making sustainable choices in kitchen operations. They are also committed to developing people into leaders.
Requirements
- Full-service restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Gets along great with people!
