About The Position

The Server Assistant supports the front‑of‑house team by ensuring smooth, efficient service and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment. This role is essential to the guest experience — helping servers deliver dishes promptly, resetting tables with care, and keeping the dining room polished and organized. Ideal candidates are attentive, hardworking, and thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive work style
• Ability to stay organized and efficient during busy service periods
• Positive attitude and team‑first mindset
• Ability to lift, carry, and be on your feet for extended periods
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred

Responsibilities

• Support servers by running food, delivering water, and replenishing table items
• Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly between guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and back‑of‑house areas
• Assist with polishing glassware, silverware, and plateware
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Contribute to opening, closing, and side‑work duties as assigned
