About The Position
Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Server Assistant for a seasonal role at Chatham Bars Inn, a Forbes Five-Star resort located in Chatham, Massachusetts. This role involves supporting servers in the dining room, ensuring high levels of service and professionalism, and adhering to Chatham Bars Inn standards. The resort is situated on 25 oceanfront acres and offers a blend of history and modern luxury, with 217 rooms and suites, private beach access, an oceanfront pool, complimentary bike rentals, private bonfires, tennis courts, a full-service spa, and a Kids Crew program. The resort also boasts a culinary program with six dining options and an 8-acre farm that supplies produce seasonally.
Requirements
- Availability to work through the fall preferred.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team setting.
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment.

- Able to meet deadlines.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Being flexible with schedules and hours.
- Able to work with cleaning chemicals/products.
- Able to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the servers in the dining room by setting and resetting tables.
- Refreshing water for guests.
- Carrying trays of food into the dining room.
- Clearing tables.
- Providing the highest levels of service and professionalism.
- Performing all duties and adhering to the Chatham Bars Inn standards.
