About The Position

This is a hybrid position responsible for In Room Dining Serving, Server Assistant duties, Bussing, and Food Running. The role involves offering guests an enjoyable and expertly served beverage and dining experience. The individual must be comfortable discussing food and wine choices in detail. Responsibilities may also include setting up tables, serving food and beverages, and clearing/cleaning tables.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and guest contact skills
  • Minimum of 1-2 years previous experience in a similar environment
  • Knowledgeable in the areas of food and wine
  • Outstanding sales skills
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English
  • Confident outgoing personality
  • Can-do approach to any request
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
