About The Position

The Server Assistant/Busser at Marisol at The Cliffs Hotel & Spa is responsible for maintaining restaurant cleanliness, resetting tables to support an efficient flow of service, and assisting servers and hosts as needed while upholding elevated guest-service standards. The role calls for a gracious, efficient, and motivated person who can create a sense of luxury and engage guests in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Working knowledge of guest services in a luxury hotel setting.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Ability to work effectively with people.
• Ability to multitask and work in mentally demanding situations.
• RBS certification.
• Restaurant experience.
• Energetic, friendly, positive, and reliable.
• Ability to work quickly with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand continuously for an eight-hour shift.
• Ability to lift large dish bins and other items weighing up to 80 pounds throughout an eight-hour shift.
• Ability to work in stressful situations.
• Ability to move furniture and umbrella stands continuously throughout a shift.

Responsibilities
