About The Position
OCEAN PRIME is seeking a BARBACK to join our team! We are Great People Delivering Genuine Hospitality. The role of a barback is to make “Raving Fans” of our Associates, Guests, Purveyors, Partners, and the Communities in which we do business. We believe in putting our Associates first! Our Associates come to work with a positive attitude, creative mindset, and a team mentality. It is the responsibility of a barback to support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and organized. They ensure that all necessary supplies (spirits, ice, glassware, garnishes) are readily available so bartenders can provide quick & efficient service to guests.

Responsibilities
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers & other bar supplies.
- Refill ice bins and maintain clean glassware.
- Clean & organize bar areas during & after shifts.
- Dispose of trash & recycling regularly.
- Assist with bar setup and breakdown.
- Support bartenders through busy periods.
- This is a guest-facing position that may require providing water and bread service, clearing tables, and assisting with other dining room responsibilities as needed.
