About The Position
OCEAN PRIME is seeking a BARBACK to join our team! We are Great People Delivering Genuine Hospitality. Our Associates come to work with a positive attitude, creative mindset, and a team mentality. It is the responsibility of a barback to support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and organized. They ensure that all necessary supplies (spirits, ice, glassware, garnishes) are readily available so bartenders can provide quick & efficient service to guests.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail & teamwork skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods

Responsibilities
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers & other bar supplies.
- Refill ice bins and maintain clean glassware.
- Clean & organize bar areas during & after shifts.
- Dispose of trash & recycling regularly.
- Assist with bar setup and breakdown.
- Support bartenders through busy periods.
- This is a guest-facing position that may require providing water and bread service, clearing tables, and assisting with other dining room responsibilities as needed.
