About The Position

We are a full-service, employee-owned, experiential caterer and hospitality group, committed to creating remarkable experiences for our clients while fostering a collaborative, engaged, and empowered workforce. As a Seasonal Part-Time Server 3, you will help bring events to life through polished, guest-focused service and hands-on event execution. You will work alongside Event Leads and fellow service team members to support event set-up, food and beverage service, guest needs, breakdown, and the care and packing of event equipment and décor. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, comfortable working in fast-paced environments, and has at least one year of related customer-facing experience.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of related experience and/or training, including customer-facing experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurants, hotels, cafés, retail, catering, or events.
  • Professional, reliable, enthusiastic, and team-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication, listening, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain composed and service-focused in fast-paced or high-pressure event environments.
  • Ability to safely carry trays of food and beverages and assist with event set-up, breakdown, loading, and unloading.
  • Food Handler's Certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire; in-house allergen certification is also required within 30 days.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to events mainly within Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules, including Saturdays; minimum of 6 shifts per month.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with event set-up and breakdown, including tables, chairs, linens, flatware, glassware, décor, and service areas.
  • Provide professional food and beverage service while maintaining 24 Carrots service standards.
  • Review event details and menus and confidently communicate menu information to guests.
  • Monitor and replenish event tables and service areas throughout the event.
  • Respond to guest needs and communicate requests or concerns to the Event Lead or Service Manager.
  • Support post-event cleanup and the safe packing and care of equipment, décor, and supplies.
