About The Position
The Servant Leadership Training (SLT) program is an opportunity for men and women who have successfully completed the DHFM or DHFW discipleship residential curriculum to give back, assume various leadership roles, and put everything he or she has learned into practice, while continuing to be discipled for the glory of God. With high standards and expectations, SLT is not for everyone. It requires obedience and sacrifice on the part of each participant. The SLT will learn basic leadership, teaching, counseling, and life skills while maintaining strong accountability. SLT is not a convenient way for you to avoid re-entry back into the real world, but rather the right option for someone who is firmly on the narrow path and now wants to use his or her gifts and abilities to serve other men or women entering the Damascus House programs.
