Assist and serve as part of a Ministry team that is inspiring people to follow Jesus.

Requirements

• Uphold Biblical priorities through a growing personal relationship with Jesus.
• Develop personal evangelism opportunities within and outside the church.
• Encompass the qualities and characteristics of Concord staff members as outlined in our Staff Values.
• High school diploma required; applicants must be at least one-year post-graduation.
• Be coachable and teachable.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Ministry Supervisor to develop vision and strategies for the spiritual formation of people within specific ministry areas.
• Assist the Ministry Supervisor in the planning and execution of weekly schedules and events.
• Plan and oversee outreach events for people who are not currently part of FBC.
• Learn how ministry budgets work and the importance of good stewardship.
• Assist ministry team with administrative tasks as assigned.
• Meet regularly with the Ministry Supervisor for coaching and evaluation sessions.
