About The Position

This position is for associates that demonstrate the ability to consistently exceed expectations and knowledge of a Serialized Associate I. The role involves being a constant positive influence on the culture of the shift, motivating others to succeed, and focusing on individualized quality and work performance that exceeds the expectations of a Serialized Associate Level I. The associate should be eager to learn or perform multiple jobs on the shift efficiently, help train new hires, and be a strong and consistent KPI performer. A strong work ethic, initiative, and professionalism are essential. The ideal candidate is career-driven with a desire to grow with the company, maintains a positive attitude, is goal-driven, and focused on the organization's strategic picture. They should be a good team player, able to take direction, follow through on tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Able to work in all areas of the warehouse operation based on the needs of the organization.
  • Ability to perform work accurately, thoroughly, and timely.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and perform multiple tasks and duties at the same time.
  • Understands, follows, and enforces the Supply Chain Philosophy. Has a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes.
  • Dependable, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management Skills, Safety Awareness
  • Maintain professionalism.
  • Career driven with a desire to grow with the company.
  • Maintains a positive attitude, is goal driven and focused on the betterment and overall strategic picture of the organization. A good team player with the ability to take direction and follow through on tasks.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality as required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Employment is contingent on verifying U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary export license/confirming the availability of a license exception.
  • Applicants must provide information for export control screening, which will be reviewed for compliance.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of LISA WMS, Microsoft Office, and Motorola handheld scanners a plus
  • Working knowledge of pallet jack and/or forklift certified a plus.

  • Eager to learn or do multiple jobs on the shift when needed. (Is efficient in picking/shipping compared to level I)
  • Helps train and become a positive influence for new hires to look up to.
  • Is a strong & consistent KPI performer that exceeds the level I employee. (If job has KPI measurable)
  • Shows a strong work ethic each day.
  • Shows strong initiative.
  • All other duties, as assigned.
