This role involves daily kitchen set-up and operation, including rendering duck fat, packing rendered duck fat, and marinating product. The position requires diligent record-keeping and adherence to FIFO principles for material handling. Employees will understand and utilize appropriate OAWs, Product Specifications, and BOMs. Tasks include using designated tools for product preparation and production, tending to assembly lines to support process flow, grading and inspecting product, packing products as directed, and preparing product for packing and freezing. The role may also involve other tasks as determined by the production supervisor, including assisting with line changeovers and maintaining a clean work area. Moving pallets and skids, and verifying counts are also part of the responsibilities.
