About The Position

LBC Mortgage is hiring an entry-level AI Search & SEO Specialist to increase the company’s visibility and recommendations on Google, Google Maps, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and Perplexity. This is a hands-on role for someone who learns quickly, follows a plan, tests new ideas regularly, and tracks results. The specialist will also monitor emerging AI platforms and recommend where the company should establish a presence.

Requirements

• Heavy daily user of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar.
• Clear, natural English writing skills.
• Self-starter who learns quickly and is open to new approaches.
• Comfortable with social media and online communities.
• Organized and able to track numbers in a spreadsheet.
• Lives in or near the Los Angeles area.

Nice To Haves

• Degree or coursework in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Experience with SEO, content, Google Business Profile, or website editing.
• Interest in real estate, mortgages, or personal finance.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain LBC Mortgage profiles on Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, LinkedIn, Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot, Nextdoor, Foursquare, and YellowPages.
• Keep the company’s name, address, and phone number consistent across online platforms.
• Use Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to increase mentions of LBC Mortgage in responses from AI tools and new AI agents.
• Improve website rankings for mortgage searches by using AI tools to plan content, keywords, and page updates.
• Share helpful mortgage content on Reddit, Quora, and similar online communities.
• Help satisfied clients leave reviews on Google, Yelp, and Trustpilot.
• Report weekly on rankings, AI mentions, leads, and funded loans the specialist helped bring in.
• Test new AI platforms early and recommend where LBC Mortgage should establish a presence.
