Middle+/Senior SEO Specialist (Affiliate/Arbitrage)
About The Position
RISK inc is an international iGaming company focused on identifying and growing high-potential entertainment markets. With over 1000 professionals in more than 20 locations and operations in 10 countries serving over 300,000 customers, we are seeking a Middle+/Senior SEO Specialist to join our team. Our global operations are built on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research, covering iGaming operations, digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics. We are looking for someone who is always pushing the boundaries and wants to be part of a dynamic team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of SEO experience in international iGaming
- Experience with competitive / grey niches across international GEOs
- Practical knowledge of White Hat and Black Hat SEO methodologies
- Experience with dropped / auction domains, PBNs, and link-building at scale
- Understanding of cloaking use cases, GEO-specific gambling restrictions, and link equity transfer via redirects, internal linking, and domain networks
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and multilingual setups, e.g. Polylang, WPML
- Practical experience with Cloudflare, WAF rules, and basic technical SEO configuration
- Strong Ahrefs skills: cluster research, competitor analysis, and SERP analysis by GEO
- Experience with bulk content generation and link-placement tools
- Understanding of SERP monopolization strategies
- Ability to manage multiple websites simultaneously
- English B1+ for reading technical documentation
- Fluent Ukrainian, both written and spoken
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SEO automation: scripts, APIs, no-code / low-code tools
- Experience with mass website launches
- Technical or development background
Responsibilities
- Launch and scale affiliate websites across international iGaming / arbitrage markets
- Research semantic clusters, competitors, SERPs, and scalable growth opportunities by GEO
- Build and execute link-building strategies using different link types, dropped / auction domains, and PBN networks
- Manage the full SEO project lifecycle: domain selection, site setup, content, indexing, off-page growth, and first FTDs
- Run SEO experiments, test hypotheses, react to algorithm updates, and scale what works
- Work with bulk content generation, rewriting / synonymization, and content scaling processes
- Track key SEO and business KPIs: rankings, traffic, indexation, conversions, and FTDs
- Automate routine SEO processes and improve workflows where possible
