About The Position

This role is for someone ready to make a significant leap in their SEO career. You've likely been working with a handful of sites and are now looking to scale your expertise across hundreds. You would be inheriting a proven SEO program and are expected to push it forward by filling gaps, elevating the team, and serving as the first escalation point between SEO Representatives and the Platform Lead. The position offers a unique opportunity to work within a healthcare SaaS product, delivering SEO services directly to clinics that use Jane, with each SEO win translating to more bookings for practitioners. The connection to real people running real healthcare businesses is a key aspect of this role.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrated results in local or technical SEO.
Strong command of website architecture, information hierarchy, heading structure, and on-page fundamentals.
Deep working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs (or similar keyword and technical SEO tools), and Google Business Profile optimization.
A track record of working in a leadership or training capacity.
Experience managing a multi-site or portfolio-scale SEO environment.
Clear, confident communicator who can translate SEO strategy into language clinic owners understand and act on.

Responsibilities

Own complex client escalations before they reach the Platform Lead, bringing confident, well-reasoned recommendations.
Identify strategic patterns and opportunities across a 300+ clinic portfolio and bring forward recommendations that improve outcomes at scale.
Improve the systems, workflows, and internal documentation for the SEO Representative team.
Develop and upskill the SEO Representative team through knowledge sharing, coaching, and hands-on guidance.
