Clearlink is seeking an SEO Specialist to develop and implement tailored, data-driven SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical aspects to enhance organic growth and search engine visibility. This role involves conducting comprehensive keyword research, competitive analysis, and website audits to identify opportunities and create actionable optimization plans. The specialist will collaborate closely with copywriters, web developers, and designers to integrate SEO best practices, monitor performance metrics, and provide insights and recommendations. Staying current with the latest SEO developments, algorithm changes, and tools is crucial. The position also entails managing relationships with external SEO partners and mentoring junior team members to foster continuous learning. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic growth and improving search engine rankings.
  • Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices.
  • Expertise with SEO tools such as Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, AI tools (like Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT), and Google Looker.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools like Jira.

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Python and/or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute SEO Strategies: Create and implement tailored, data-driven SEO strategies for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to drive organic growth and improve search engine visibility.
  • Perform In-Depth Analysis: Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitive analysis, and website audits to uncover opportunities, address gaps, and create actionable plans for optimization.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with copywriters, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all web properties, enhancing user experience and engagement.
  • Monitor and Report on Performance: Analyze SEO performance metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO developments, search engine algorithm changes, and new tools or technologies to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
  • Manage External Relationships: Oversee relationships with external SEO partners, agencies, and consultants to supplement internal efforts and achieve strategic goals.
  • Mentor Junior Team Members: Share your expertise with junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the SEO team.
