About The Position
SEA-FAJ CONSULTS is a multinational recruitment and outsourcing agency with operations in the UK and Nigeria. We are seeking a creative, analytical, and motivated SEO & Content Intern to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate must have completed a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) and demonstrate a reasonable level of experience, knowledge, and genuine interest in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), content creation, and digital marketing. The intern will support content development, website optimization, keyword research, and digital visibility initiatives across the company’s platforms and campaigns.
Requirements
- Must possess a completed Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Marketing, Mass Communication or any related field.
- Demonstrable interest and basic experience in SEO, content writing, blogging, or digital marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, keyword optimization, and content strategy.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva, WordPress, or SEO platforms is an added advantage.
- Ability to conduct online research and produce engaging content.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities
- Assist in creating SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve search engine rankings.
- Optimize website pages, articles, and digital content using SEO best practices.
- Support the management and updating of website content.
- Monitor website performance using SEO and analytics tools.
- Assist in developing content calendars and digital marketing strategies.
- Research industry trends and provide content ideas relevant to recruitment, outsourcing, and international education.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and operations teams on digital campaigns.
- Track and report on SEO performance metrics and content engagement.
- Ensure all content aligns with SEA-FAJ Consult’s brand voice and communication standards.
