Requirements

3+ years of "boots-on-the-ground" experience in iGaming affiliate marketing.
An existing, active network of SEO affiliates and webmasters.
Proven success in navigating diverse markets, from the strict regulations of the UK/Italy to the high-growth landscapes of Southeast Asia (SG, MY, PH) and LATAM/MENA.
Deep understanding of SEO metrics and the ability to use tracking platforms/analytics tools to evaluate traffic health.
Expert-level negotiation skills with a focus on win-win partnership structures.
English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level or higher.
Comfortable in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment where speed and precision are key.

Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and onboard high-tier SEO affiliates and media buying teams.
Structure and close competitive CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals that align with company ROI targets.
Cultivate long-term partnerships with existing affiliates, ensuring they have the tools and incentives to scale.
Analyze traffic data to maximize ROI, ensuring high-quality player acquisition and long-term value.
Proactively monitor traffic quality, ensuring strict compliance with brand guidelines and anti-fraud protocols.
Work closely with BI, CRM, and Product teams to improve conversion funnels and player retention.
Rapidly scale SEO traffic across key target regions, including DACH, CA, IT, SG, MY, PH, TR, Morocco, and the UK.
