As a Sentinel Requirements and Integration Manager on our team, you’ll bring your leadership, consulting, strategic, tactical, technical, Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF), Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), Air Force requirements process, high combatant command, and operational knowledge and skills to work with leaders in missile field operations, operational test, policy, organizational alignment, and training requirements on projects for the Air Force. You’ll sharpen your skills as you research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, support, and equip operational units, test organizations, and interoperability of future systems elements. You’ll work with us to help plan, program, and execute the timely fielding of the sentinel system while retiring weapon systems. Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience leading in nuclear operations and support roles across the strategic enterprise
  • Experience establishing nuclear enterprise priorities listing and nuclear command, control, and communications priorities for strategic planning
  • Experience developing Nuclear Deterrence Operations Core Function Support Plans, including programming priorities
  • Knowledge of the elements of ICBM technology research and development, road mapping, and demonstration requirements of candidate technologies, including full-scale prototype testing
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with System Training Plans for sentinel development
  • Experience in key leadership roles, coordinating highly complex nuclear tasks, and team building
  • Experience with strategic investment requirements and operational risks that result in securing funding through the Air Force budgeting process
  • Experience developing requirements, manpower estimates, resources planning, and advanced technology
  • Possession of excellent communications skills
  • Master’s degree
